NCAA Cross Country Regionals

The 2026 NCAA South Regional Cross Country Championships will return to Tallahassee this November at the renowned Apalachee Regional Park. The championship will feature some of the nation’s top collegiate distance runners as teams and individuals from across the southern region compete for qualification to the NCAA Cross Country Championships.

Apalachee Regional Park, recognized as one of the premier cross-country venues in the country will provide a championship caliber stage for elite competition. Athletes, coaches, families, friends, and fans can expect an exciting day of racing as competitors battle for regional titles and a chance to advance to the national championship.
