Let your American spirit be moved this Fourth of July with the City of Tallahassee’s Celebrate America event. Taking place at Tom Brown Park on Monday, July 4, from 7-10 p.m., you and your family can enjoy live music and a spectacular, patriotic fireworks display.

Taking the stage from 7:15-8:30 p.m. will be the Billy Rigsby Band. There will be a short interlude while the stage is reset, and for the remainder of the event, the Tallahassee Symphony Orchestra will charm the crowd.

As a prelude to the dazzling firework display, sponsored by the City’s Utilities, TSO will play the National Anthem at 9:45 p.m. and then accompany the fireworks, finishing with the 1812 Overture during the grand finale.

There will be food truck and activities for children at the event. Attendees are also welcome to pack a picnic. Beer will be available for sale to those 21 and older with a valid ID.

Parking will be available within the park. Handicap parking has been moved closer this year, so check with a parking attendant upon arrival for assistance. Shuttle bus service will not be offered this year.
