On January 10, 2026, Tallahassee proudly welcomed the world as the 46th World Athletics Cross Country Championships returned to U.S. soil for the first time in more than 30 years.

From the electric atmosphere at Apalachee Regional Park to the unforgettable performances on course, the event showcased the very best of our community — and the very best of the sport.

To the athletes, federations, fans, volunteers, partners, and supporters from across the globe: thank you for being part of this historic moment in Florida’s Capital City.
