Located on beautiful Lake Ella in the heart of Tallahassee, Black Dog Café is a gourmet coffee shop featuring specialty coffees, teas, sodas, wine, pastries, and snacks. This community coffee shop offers wonderful single-origin and blended roasted coffees, espresso drinks, locally made baked goods, and ice creams. While there is free WiFi during the week, it is turned off on the weekends when we treasure good conversations and a game of chess.

Tally Cat Café

Tally Cat Café is a coffee and wine bar proudly serving Lucky Goat coffee, espresso, cold brew, and other drinks, along with a selection of pastries from local bakeries. Not only that, this café aims to help adoptable cats from the humane society find a “fur-ever” home.

The café is separate from the cat lounge and even has a wall-to-wall viewing glass with bar seating for those waiting their turn to enter a room full of playful cats. The Cat Lounge, furnished for playing and cuddles, is a space provided to serve as a foster home for cats from the local humane society. Warm up with a cup of coffee, then warm your heart with a new furry family member.
