The Bicentennial Reunions Incentive Program: Gather, Reconnect, Celebrate offers perks for reunion groups who book sleeping rooms and hold a reunion in Tallahassee during May, June, July or August 2024. The more sleeping rooms booked the more benefits received.
- Special offers and sleeping room blocks at participating hotels.
- Reunion welcome bags with Bicentennial themed items and Official Tallahassee Visitors Guide.
- Welcome signage at participating partner hotels.
Choose Your Perk
Planners may choose to receive Bicentennial Reunion T-Shirts or credit toward a reception or other event based on the total number of guest rooms contracted. Each contracted guest room earns either two Bicentennial T-shirts or a $20 credit.
- Book 10 Guest Rooms, Get 20 Bicentennial Reunion t-shirts or a $200 event credit.
- Book 25 Guest Rooms, Get 50 Bicentennial Reunion t-shirts or a $500 event credit.
- Book 50 Guest Rooms, Get 100 Bicentennial Reunion t-shirts or a $1,000 event credit.
- Book 100 Guest Rooms, Get 200 Bicentennial Reunion t-shirts or a $2,000 event credit.
- Book 200 Guest Rooms, Get 400 Bicentennial Reunion t-shirts or a $4,000 event credit.
Visit Tallahassee reserves the right to end the incentive program at any time. Promotion discontinued once all incentive funds have been awarded. Black out dates apply and are subject to availability at participating hotels.
