Sahara is an independent, family-run restaurant where the owner, Mama Sophia, specializes in Greek and Lebanese recipes she brought with her from the old country. Featuring souvlaki skewers, gyros with tzatziki, hummus and pita, shawarma, baklava and hand-cut Greek salad.
