For over 20 years, Oleans Cafe has proudly served Southern cooking from the soul. Located directly across from FAMUs campus, Oleans Cafe and has been a staple for Rattlers and southern food lovers alike. Olean McCaskill owns and operates the cafe, and on most days can be seen working behind the counter. The walls are adorned with photos of her family, the community, and FAMU legends. In honor of Americaโs 250th birthday, a brand-new exhibit has taken over the 22nd Floor Capitol Gallery!
โThe 14th Colonyโ features rare artifacts, historic documents, and patriotic memorabilia curated by the @MuseumofFLHistory and the Florida Department of State. Itโs a deep dive into our stateโs unique history and has the best 360-degree view of Tallahassee as your backdrop. ๐๏ธ
Donโt wait: The main gallery exhibit is only open through the end of the Legislative Session (March 31st).
