Using only the highest quality ingredients the chef serves up inspiring dishes that are more like refined home cooking than restaurant fare. From farm to table, they select the freshest ingredients from local growers and merchants. And when it cant be local, well bring in the Brie from France or the baguettes from the Big Apple. The fondest hope is to create a dish that will surprise your palate and leave you yearning for more.
