The Edison’s Florida regional cuisine showcases the best of our great state and brings a world of flavor to Tallahassee. Our chef's will prepare from scratch daily our simple, fresh menu featuring diverse inspiration and local flare. Breakfast, brunch, dinner, or lunch. We will illuminate your senses.

Our story is simple. After living in the city for over 22 years collectively, we noticed a major void in Tallahassee’s dining industry and knew it needed to be filled. Our beautifully restored building  at the heart of our State Capital is a representation of our love of Florida and Tallahassee.

On the menu you will find local, fresh from Florida products and classic items with preparations from all parts of our great state that offer something that Tallahassee has never experienced before. Paired with the picturesque backdrop of Cascades Park, there is no restaurant in town that offers a more unique dining experience. It is our pleasure to show and share all of the great bounty that Florida, Tallahassee and Cascades Park has given us.
It is our mission to showcase the best of Florida. Enjoy!

A cat that loves to swim? Meet Marina. 🌊🐈

She’s a rare fishing cat making her public debut tomorrow, Saturday, July 11, at the Tallahassee Museum! Native to South and Southeast Asian wetlands, these specialized hunters have partially webbed paws and water-resistant fur made for diving.

Tomorrow is the ultimate double-feature: catch a glimpse of Marina, and then stay for the annual Swamp Stomp Music Festival from 4 PM–9 PM!
