Urban Gorilla 2026

Get ready for an unguided adventure through the Capital City! The Urban Gorilla returns to connect Tallahassee’s extensive network of single-track MTB trails into one epic ride. This “choose your own adventure” style event allows riders to tackle the course at their own pace.

Whether you are looking to test your endurance or enjoy a guided group ride, there are options for everyone:

• The Classic Route: A self-guided challenge covering 50+ miles of local trails.

• The Harambe Route: A guided, approximately 35-mile option for those who want a structured group experience.

Important Arrival Note: The Tallahassee Marathon is also taking place this Sunday, so please plan your route to City Hall accordingly to avoid road closures.

Post-Ride Social: After the ride, head over to Amicus Brewing Ventures for food trucks and a post-ride celebration.

Support & Swag: While the ride is free, this event supports a great cause. A portion of merchandise sales helps fund local trail projects, maintenance, and sponsorship of the local NICA team, The Tallahassee Thunder.

• Waiver: All riders must complete a waiver prior to the start.

• Swag: Event shirts and TMBA gear are available online (pickup at In Focus or the Saturday party). “Epic” will also have UG water bottles available.

• Donate: Donations to the Tallahassee Thunder NICA team are welcome and encouraged!
