Exciting Course Update for 2025!

We’re excited to share updates to this year’s course, reflecting adjustments to ensure a smooth and enjoyable race. Due to the closure of the tunnel to the St. Marks Trail, the route will no longer continue up Jackson Bluff to Hayden Road. Instead, the new course crosses Stadium Drive and loops around the stadium, offering participants a scenic and dynamic experience. This updated course features less elevation, making it more accessible for runners of all levels.

We expect to have a detailed multi-layer course map published to our race website within the next week on the website.

Marathon Named RRCA Florida Championship Event!

We are thrilled to announce that the marathon distance of the Bank of America Tallahassee Marathon and Half Marathon has been selected as the 2025 RRCA Florida State Marathon Championship! This prestigious designation from the Road Runners Club of America highlights our commitment to grassroots, community-focused running and celebrates the incredible athleticism of our participants.

This recognition adds extra excitement to race day, with the Marathon taking center stage as a premier event in the RRCA Championship Event Series. We look forward to continuing to showcase the best of Florida’s vibrant running community!

Cash Prizes Now Available for Half Marathon Winners!

The fastest runners in the Half Marathon will now be eligible for cash prizes! While the Marathon has always included cash awards, we are excited to extend this recognition to our Half  Marathon participants starting in 2025.

Here’s the breakdown of the 2025 Cash Prizes:

First Place: $1,000

Second Place: $750

Third Place: $500

Masters Winner: $250

First Place: $500

Second Place: $300

Third Place: $200

Masters Winner: $150
