Please join us at the Union Bank Museum where BartholomewDelcamp, Chief Curator of the Museum of Florida History, will discussthe fascinating role played by pirates in Florida history between 1560to 1750. At the height of pirate activity in the early 1700s, an estimated5,000 pirates sailed the waters o Florida’s coasts. This talk will explorethe stories of some of the most famous among them such as HenryJennings, Sir Francis Drake, and Samuel Bellamy.
