Pine Beetle Trail

2010 Apalachee Pkwy
Tallahassee FL 32301
(850) 891-5321

This is a short, 1/3-mile trail that runs parallel to Blair Stone Road and can make a nice addition to a ride at nearby Tom Brown Park.  The Pine Beetle trail, also known by some as the Kohl’s Trail, starts from behind Kohls Department Store on Apalachee Parkway, and then heads downhill for about 1/3 of a mile. Shortly thereafter, there is an access road that you’ll cross and continue on the trail.

After some twists and turns, riders will cross over a bridge that spans over a small creek. The trail then passes a small wetland on the right, and you can climb out to Park Avenue.

Featured uses: Mountain biking and trail running. Leashed dogs are permitted.

Trail Access: Kohls or Publix
