Nestled along the banks of the St. Marks River headwaters, this park offers a picnic area and multi-use recreational area plus an extensive system of trails for hiking, horseback riding and off-road bicycling. The trails located on the fertile river land of the park run through a variety of scenic natural habitats consisting of an assortment of plant communities, including a floodplain forest, xeric hammock, flatwoods, sandhill and bay heads.
