Site Inspections
For your next sporting event we will coordinate all the necessary travel arrangements for your visit, create an itinerary for your personal inspection of hotels, meeting facilities and attractions, and even arrange appointments with appropriate industry and Tallahassee community leaders during your stay.

Event Planning
No detail is overlooked as we assist in securing accommodations, meeting space and other services you require.  The Tallahassee Sports Council will act as liaison with area suppliers such as caterers, photographers, transportation and rental agencies.

Leisure Programs
We are happy to help entertain your group.  Whether it is spouse and youth programs, theme parties, entertainment or guided tours, our creative staff has a customized solution to every situation.

Hospitality Services
Tallahassee is full of charm and southern hospitality.  We make attendees feel special with welcome signs, event banners, satellite visitor information booths and unique Tallahassee gifts for VIP delegates.

Public Relations Assistance
Enjoy access to local media, welcome letters and official greetings from local and state dignitaries.  See your name in lights with our “Marquee Program” to welcome your group.

Access to Funding
We provide access to supplemental funding through the Leon County Tourist Development Council “Special Event Grant Program.”  These grants are awarded to organizations bringing visitors to the area based on estimated number of overnight guests.
